Powerchant the debut album from collaborating artists Nanina Ghelfi and Juri Viktor Stork. Combining mantric singing (chanting), colourful embracing sounds and their passionate joy for music of all cultures with a strong authentic attitude gave this production its distinctive and unique musical expression.

Nanina Ghelfi has long established herself as an exceptional singer who masters the art of expressing emotion strength and spirit. The visionary Juri Viktor Stork, a multi- instrumentalist, vocalist and overtone- singer, responsible for arrangement and production,weaves intricate sound structures organically around the voices and acoustic instruments and open up a gateway for the listener to merge with the spiritual realm, which is activated by the mantra.

Fusing their international experience they are supported by an array of talented guest musicians. Sandro Friedrich (flutes and Doudouk), Hank Shizzoe (Dobro, Slide and Weissenborn Slide), Luca Leombruni (e-bass, doublebass), Peter Haas (drums) and Nicholas Twilley (worldpercussion). Powerchant is a tonal tapestry that takes you on a journey of devotion, strength, discovery and soul lifting compassion, contemporary and powerful.

Without shying from modern production resources Nanina and Juri have evolved a style of their own that can only be described as beautifully unique, broadening the horizon of mantra and chant. The epic ecstatic "Beloved Source" reveals a path one takes beginning this musical journey to a spiritual ideal of human existence, praising the presence of all life, facing the greater power that lives without and within us. "Beloved Source" a mantra that stands with those of Sufi- Masters, created by Chloë Goodchild, an extraordinary british musician, singer and teacher, who blessed the release of her yet unreleased mantra. The albums diversity shares sanskrit mantras like the "Gayatri" or "OM Tara" as well as chants from hebrew and islamic cultures ("Kodosh").
